Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Bremen, IN to lead a fast-paced retail team serving wholesale and retail customers. You will support the store manager, drive store growth, and ensure outstanding customer service and profitability.

You will grow the team, coach staff, manage daily operations, and implement NAPA programs to maximize sales while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or trade school courses or degree completion
• Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world, or at least the willingness to learn all things automotive
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships
• Thrive off of working in a very fast paced and complex environment
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
• Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations

A Day in the life:
