Regional Talent Partner, Field at Sephora for Northwest Stores: Northern California (San Francisco/Bay Area/Sacramento), Oregon, Washington, etc.

Your role at Sephora: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, ensuring high client service, and driving sales. You will lead a team of associates, fostering growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Store Operations and Sales:

  • Assist in daily store operations to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Help develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Oversee sales, performance, service, and operations.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate associates to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with the leadership team to achieve store goals.

Client Satisfaction and Service:

  • Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues.
  • Support loyalty programs to enhance client engagement.

Store Standards and Compliance:

  • Maintain store condition and visual standards.
  • Ensure adherence to policies for safety and efficiency.
  • Uphold Sephora brand standards for a consistent client experience.

Resource Management:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels.
  • Support staffing and resource allocation for optimal performance.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years managing high-volume retail or hospitality settings.
  • Strong leadership and business skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attract and inspire employees.
  • Flexible retail schedule availability.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stock shelves, stand/walk for entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies.
