General Summary: Work where you love to shop! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory and store appearance, and support loss prevention efforts.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from stockroom to store.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
