About the Role

Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ibvi) looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas! As part of our mission-driven nonprofit, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will work alongside a down-to-earth manager who values customer satisfaction and efficiency. A Day in the Life

As the Assistant Store Manager, no two days will be the same. You will manage customer quote requests, ensure efficient inventory procurement, and oversee order fulfillment. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to balance team leadership with customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the store manager to prioritize tasks, solve challenges, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Requirements:



  • 3 Years Retail Experience

  • Superb customer communication skills, written and verbal

  • Experience quoting
