Job Description

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House retail experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operation expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House culture and provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing team productivity. They maintain an enthusiastic attitude, are detail-oriented, and are sports fans. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to transition into managerial roles.
