We have 10 locations (with additional store openings planned for this year) and team of passionate, energetic people. We've built a brand based on positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. We are now looking for our next Assistant Store Manager to serve as a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Support the store manager with training, cleaning, and customer service

· Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment

· Coach and develop your team (because you're only as good as your glow squad)

· Help drive membership sales and retail performance

· Ensure every quest leaves glowing - inside and out

· Help store manager with scheduling, inventory and reporting

· Share the responsibility of working uncovered shifts if needed

· Ability to work 35 hours per week

· Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

· A strong work ethic and "let's do this" attitude

· A passion for leadership even if you are just starting out

· 2 years previous experience in sales, management, and/or customer service

· The love of holding yourself and your team to high standards

· Your motivation to reach goals, spread good vibes, and grow your career and the company
