Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
  • Ability to operate POS/Cash Register, schedule, and supervise store staff.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
  • Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager for daily operations.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Coach, train, and develop staff.
  • Maintain excellent customer and donor relations; resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Lead daily team meetings and supervise staff performance.
  • Handle personnel issues, disciplinary actions, and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure store standards, inventory levels, and safety protocols are maintained.
  • Manage cash, banking, and loss prevention measures.
  • Attend meetings and support store safety and maintenance.
  • Assist with transfers between stores as directed.
