Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Midland, TX. You will work alongside the Store Leader to deliver exceptional service and drive daily operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, merchandising execution, and customer loyalty programs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver's license required and valid in your state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure stock availability.
