We are looking for 3 Assistant Store Leaders to join us in advancing the industry forward. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure the store is operationally sound, business results are achieved, and exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

Responsibilities for Product

1. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring all products are displayed appealingly and organized. Plan new launches and use business insights and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions.
2. Collaborate with the Store Leader and team to create a visually captivating store environment that showcases our products and attracts customers.
3. Regularly update product displays and signage to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes. React quickly to sales trends and make adjustments to maximize results.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
5. Manage store fixtures and maintenance.
6. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishing merchandise.
7. Communicate with partners regarding assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback.
8. Share weekly/monthly product focuses and goals, guiding the team to achieve these objectives.
9. Train store associates on visual merchandising techniques, ensuring consistent brand standards.
10. Serve as the in-store product expert, training team members on product knowledge, new launches, and design inspiration.
