Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader to create an inspiring guest experience. You will hire, train, and develop a diverse team that forges authentic connections with guests and drives store performance.

In this role, you lead service standards, coach staff, and ensure achievement of sales and guest-satisfaction goals while supporting Mission Monday and community initiatives that give back to local communities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with knowledge in leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction and employee relations aspects of the role
• The ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue driven ideas and opportunities
• A well-groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting both personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience at Stand Out For Good Inc.
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights and weekends
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Their demeanor, presence, and passion for the guest experience must be evident and inspiring to the entire team. They drive sales and positive measurable results through their excellence in sales floor leadership and by meeting and exceeding all goals associated with the guest experience.

• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
