Responsibilities include leading daily operations, ensuring safety and policy compliance, and assisting in budgeting and performance monitoring to drive profitability. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support Store Leader with staff training, delegation, and motivation to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including inventory, ordering, and stocking.
• Assist with budgeting, monitoring sales, and protecting cash handling accuracy.
