Job summary

Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Manchester, NH to drive guest services and store operations. You will support the Store Manager in daily tasks, supervise staff, and help ensure merchandise presentation and inventory controls align with company policy.

The role requires prior retail or management experience, a minimum age of 18, and physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. This position is on-site at our Manchester location.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in duties to maximize sales and profitability, including staff development and inventory control.
