Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the store, delivering great guest service and achieving sales targets. The role requires a minimum age of 18 and prior retail or management experience, with the physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will help oversee staff development, merchandising, inventory control, and expense management while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
