What You Bring

• Leadership skills to oversee and coach store employees, working alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred if less than one year retail management experience).
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
