Retail Assistant Manager

What You Bring
- Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
- Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and empowering staff.
- Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
- Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
