What You Bring
  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
  • Experience in merchandising, marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience is acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
