Shift: Variable

Leadership Experience: 1-3 years

Pay Range: $22.09 to $32.05

Actual pay will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip offers 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wages, depending on profitability. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Role Overview

The Assistant Store Leader oversees all aspects of retail and food location operations, including:

1. Hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers
2. Food safety compliance
3. Ordering and inventory control
4. Profit and Loss management
5. Cleaning and stocking

Requirements

• Excellent people skills and ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Desire to mentor and support others
• Ability to maintain a clean and inviting store
• Prior management or leadership experience

Schedule

Typically scheduled for 45 hours during a 5-day work week, with time and a half for any hours over 40 per week.
