Client & Service Expert:
  • Develop business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
  • Communicate and meet store productivity targets including sales per hour, ADT, UPT, and capture rate.
  • Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge across categories.
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, providing coaching to ensure high customer service and sales.
Leadership Presence/Steward of Talent:
  • Assist Store Manager in achieving financial success by improving measurable results.
  • Assume Store Manager role in their absence.
  • Lead by example with personal sales goals.
  • Educate and coach the team on sales plans, goals, and stats.
  • Network within the community to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Review and assess employee performance regularly.
Building Brand Equity:
  • Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to the team and customers.
  • Maintain brand and operational standards for consistency.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and store presentation standards.
  • Report on merchandise sell-through, stock, trends, and customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Operational Excellence:
  • Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
  • Assist with payroll management through scheduling.
  • Follow policies on loss prevention and inventory management.
  • Manage POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Professional sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and react swiftly to trends.
  • Decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows software.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years management in retail, luxury experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Availability for store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders.
