Learn the operations of all departments and the duties of store management; share responsibility for store performance in all areas of operation / human resources. Perform scheduling, security, maintenance, safety, sanitation, ordering, administration & Human Resource-related duties. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma / GED and 1 year of experience as a department manager, service manager, or equivalent experience. Store manager / district manager or direct manager approval is desired.

Preferred qualifications include retail management experience & knowledge of all aspects of store operations, staff supervisory experience, and the ability to assist store management and associates in achieving a favorable customer shopping experience. Additional responsibilities involve leading teams, developing action plans, managing store operations, driving sales and profits, analyzing competitive landscape, demonstrating inclusive leadership, building community relationships, and ensuring legal and policy compliance.

The role requires supervising and coaching direct reports, providing performance feedback, and performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
