Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
• Experience with merchandising and planograms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations across food and general merchandise.
• Manage planograms, seasonal resets and endcaps.
• Lead and develop team members, drive performance and engagement.
• Develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies to meet forecasted needs.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety standards and company policies.
