Responsibilities

• Actively support sales floor management and team leadership to help achieve store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Overseethefrontdesk,shippingandreceiving,alterations,storesupportassociates,andfacilitymaintenance.
• Serveastheprimarycontactforoperationalissueswithlandlords,contractworkers,andITsupport.
• TroubleshootandresolvePOSandotherIT-relatedoperationalissues.
• Maintainsupplyinventory,ordersupplies,andmanageexpensecontrols.
• Ensureaccurateopeningandclosingprocedures,includingalarmsystemandaccesscardmanagement.
• Processinvoicesandreceipts,andprovidemonthlyreconciliationreportingtoAccounting
• Supportinventorymanagement,shrinkagecontrol,andlosspreventioninitiatives.
• Assistwithcoordinatingquarterlyphysicalinventorycountsandtrackingandreconcilingallinventoryadjustments.
• Managedailye-commerceorders,packing,shipping,andmaintaincommunicationwithfulfillmentassociates.
• Overseeshippingandreceivingofmerchandise,includingtrunkshows,transfers,andRTVs.
• Communicatewiththebuyingofficeonmerchandisereceipts,markdowns,andticketingissues.
• Recruit,hire,train,andscheduleassociates;conductperformancereviewsandsupportonboarding.
