Role Description The Assistant Store Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, responsible for supporting the Store Director in daily store operations and team leadership. This role oversees sales floor activities, helps set daily goals, and ensures visual merchandising standards are consistently met. The Assistant Store Director coaches and trains team members, provides top-notch styling experience, and assists with inventory management and loss prevention. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging customers, providing styling and product recommendations, resolving customer concerns, and driving sales through exceptional service. The role also contributes to store-level initiatives, supports local marketing efforts, and maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
