Overview

The Assistant Store Director is responsible for all aspects of store operations, partnering with the Store Director to meet sales, profit, expense, and guest service goals. You will inspire your team, set standards, and create a market-competitive environment aligned with Coborn’s, Inc. vision, mission, and values, ensuring proper execution of policies related to operations, guest service, merchandising, health/safety, and staff development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
