Job summary

Kelley Williamson Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The training program will develop proficiency in management, inventory, cash handling, and pricing changes while promoting high-quality products. Candidates should have 1-3 years of management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant, be able to work 40 hours weekly including nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
• Back-up and support to the Station Manager and staff supervision.
• Provide and maintain customer service and handle complaints.
• Flexibility in scheduling; 40 hours weekly including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Assist on-call 24/7 and assist training and development of station employees.
• Cash handling, inventory, pricing changes, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Back-up and support to the Station Manager.
• Provide customer service and resolve complaints.
• Lead and train station staff.
• Assist with cash, inventory, fuel, and pricing communications.
• Ensure policies are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.
