Responsibilities

• Assist with cast rehearsals before and during operating season.
• Supervise performers to ensure safety and high production standards.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Ticket Office, Train Operations, Facilities, Security for smooth events.
• Maintain show quality; provide coaching and performance direction.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new cast members.
• Inspect, organize, distribute, and store production materials and props.
