OUR IDEALHERO WILL HAVE -
* A minimum of 3 years’ Spa Therapist experience in a reputable Spa
* Supervisory experience in a Spa environment
* Well-versed in 5* guest service
* Experience in recruiting Spa staff, including reviewing applications and interviewing
* IT literate
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
* Drive sales and oversee the execution/implementation of key business
* Drive spa occupancy, therapist utilisation and hourly treatment rate through effective yield management
* Support with the leadership of Spa Therapists and Spa Receptionists, ensuring that they deliver best practice and 5* standards in all areas
* Prepare and agree budgets annually and re-forecast in conjunction with the Director of Golf, Spa and Leisure
