    Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Directly supervise and be accountable for all operations when the Retreat Director is not present.
    2. Be willing to work full time to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
    3. Create an environment that is passionate about providing Guest service.
    4. Meet and exceed sales goals.
    5. Lead by example: achieve personal as well as team goals.
    6. Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance.
    7. Create a positive Team environment.
    8. Implement all rules, guidelines, policies and procedures with all Guests on a consistent basis.
    9. Educate guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available.
    10. Present Lifestyle Programs, Gift Certificates and retail products.
    11. Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage and skin therapy.
    12. Stay updated on all retail products and promotions available in the retreat.
    13. Achieve goals for retail, re-booking, and elevation booking goals.
    14. Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job.
    Qualifications
    1. Some sales or retail management experience preferred.
    2. Experience managing hourly wage employees a plus.
    3. Must be guest driven.
    4. Commitment to standards/image of the Massage Heights body face brand.
    5. Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Highly motivated team player.
    7. People oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills.
    8. Must be comfortable with making decisions.
    9. Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
    10. Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
    11. Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, holidays etc.
    12. Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution a plus.
