Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively support and guide the culinary team.
- Culinary education or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining or banquet operations.
