Responsibilities

On field coaching and player development.
Assist with practice planning, game preparation and video analysis.
Support academic, emotional and social well-being of student athletes by providing mentorship and leadership.
Identification and recruitment of qualified prospective student-athletes.
Development and advancement of softball program through fundraising, social media, community service, etc.
Assist the athletic department with game management or other duties as assigned.
