The University of Hartford is seeking an NCAA athletics program assistant to support the Head Coach and the Department of Athletics in managing a Division III program in compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules. Assumes responsibility for assisting in the management and administration of all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III sports program in compliance with the philosophies and objectives of the Head Coach as well as the Department of Athletics, The University of Hartford, and the NCAA . Assumes responsibility for adherence to the rules and regulations governing University, conference affiliations and the NCAA , including assisting in the education process extended to faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and the community when appropriate Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
