Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory responsibility in a 0-5 age setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Licensed ECE Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems to support teaching strategies and Creative Curriculum.
• Review and revise Head Start service plans under supervision.
• Plan and implement staff training on DCFS topics and standards.
• Monitor program services using supervision reports and data systems.
• Lead professional development planning and timelines.
• Coordinate with Early Learning Leadership Team on program self-assessment.
