Assistant Site Manager | Permanent | Colchester, Essex

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + package

A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes, and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them, initially working on a new build residential project in Colchester, Essex.

The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines their industry expertise and unrivaled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.

They are due to begin work on a new project in Colchester that comprises 85 new build houses, built using traditional construction methods. The project is a 2-year scheme and is due to commence in a few weeks’ time. The Assistant Site Manager will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager.

Assistant Site Manager:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
• Experience building homes using traditional construction methods
• Career focused and driven to succeed
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
