Key Responsibilities
  • Study specifications for planning construction procedures based on timelines and staffing needs.
  • Assist in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Help develop scopes of work and project schedules.
  • Assist in estimating costs and coordinating trades.
  • Review drawings and assist with pricing, change orders, and procurement.
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
  • Manage safety and quality standards, and enforce Gray’s safety program.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and team members, including training and resolving issues.
  • Prepare progress and cost reports, and adjust work schedules as needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual tasks. Exposure to various environmental conditions and noise levels. Overtime may be required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage multiple team members and indirectly oversee subcontractors and laborers.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent plus at least five years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a passion for professional growth.

This position requires travel across the U.S. and possibly outside the U.S. depending on project locations. The candidate can reside anywhere in the U.S.
