Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for an Assistant Site Manager in Toledo. Earn $22.00 per hour with potential incentives based on site performance. The role focuses on day-to-day store operations, sales, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage labor, scheduling, and P&L, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. The program offers growth paths from assistant to leadership positions and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Present professional image according to appearance guidelines.

• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role As an Assistant Site Manager

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
