Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Irwin, PA. The role supports the site manager, drives sales of unlimited car wash packages, and leads the team to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure safety standards while advancing growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations run smoothly and meet customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Upsell products and drive store growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling, including shift coverage.
• Monitor expenses and perform basic P&L management.
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures; address customer escalations calmly.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you willassistthe site manager to ensure the store isoperatingand exceeding customer service needs.You will alsofocus sales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Successful management of labor and staff scheduling
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures
• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies andassistwith orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocolsandstandardoperating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Learn washprocessand equipment to expand theknowledgebase.
• Further growth through educational/training opportunities
• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.

WhatYou’llNeed to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1year ofleadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computerproficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectivelyengage withcustomers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train
• Present professional image according to appearance guidelines

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
