Job summary

Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to lead and develop a team, supporting the Site Manager with daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, engage customers, and ensure the site runs smoothly, safe, and clean while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of shift lead or management experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Support daily operations and assist the Site Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage staff performance.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, keep the site clean and inviting.
• Maintain safety protocols to protect staff and customers.
• Provide administrative support including handling paperwork and inventory.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop: Coach, motivate, and train new and existing employees to perform at their best.
• Support Daily Operations: Help the Site Manager with decision-making and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Recruit & Train: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain Site Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance, ensure the wash runs smoothly, and keep the site clean and inviting.
• Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, keeping staff and customers secure at all times.
• Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation with attention to detail.
