As an Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash and support the entire customer experience. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to train the team, drive and deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals.

Starting pay for this position is: $17 / hour + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Engage customers and support our Unlimited Wash Club enrollment
• Safely load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
• Perform daily preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Proactively troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel and equipment daily
• Ensure outside landscaping is maintained and vacuums are functioning
• Open and close the site and facilitate daily operations
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales and service standards
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
