As our Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the car wash and support the overall customer experience. You will work closely with site leadership to train the team, drive and deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals.

Starting pay for this position is: $15 / hour + Bonus & Commission Pay!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Enroll and support customers in our Unlimited Wash Club
• Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
• Perform daily preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Proactively troubleshoot and repair equipment problems
• Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel and equipment daily
• Maintain outside landscaping and ensure vacuums are operational
• Open and close the site, facilitating daily operations
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members to meet sales and service standards
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or a related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve targets (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
