Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store operates efficiently and exceeds customer service needs. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. Your workday will also include:

• Maintaining high-quality day-to-day store operations
• Leading with integrity and fostering a culture of respectful accountability
• Striving to exceed sales goals and store growth
• Assisting with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams
• Managing labor and staff scheduling
• Monitoring and managing expenses, including chemicals and utilities
• Conducting quality assurance through quality control checks
• Handling cash management procedures, including reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies
• Ensuring safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed
• Addressing customer escalations professionally
• Learning wash processes and equipment
• Participating in educational and training opportunities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year college degree (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Basic IT and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office, G Suite)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and presence
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others
• Professional appearance according to guidelines
• Commitment to exceeding expectations and accountability

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the site for entire shifts
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
