Tsunami Express Car Wash in Columbus is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest service at every wash. You will model a positive leadership presence and help develop others while ensuring operational standards are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, driving sales and membership growth, maintaining safety and equipment guidelines, and supporting site goals and KPIs.

• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
