ZIPS Car Wash in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations and coach a growing team. You will partner with site leadership to train crew, optimize customer service, and drive toward business goals in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting pay is $17+ bonus per hour, with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, health, dental and vision insurance, 401K match, paid time off, and free car washes.
