Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager,developing the team, owning the guest experience, solving problems in real time, and upholding standards outdoors in Amarillo, Texas.

You will lead onboarding, schedule shifts, promote unlimited wash memberships, and monitor inventory and safety while driving site performance and revenue growth through hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the team through onboarding, coaching and scheduling.

• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and site procedures; monitor equipment and inventory.
• Promote memberships and services to increase revenue and engagement.
• Resolve issues quickly and escalate to Site Leader when needed.
• Provide feedback to improve site operations and promotions.

If you are ready to stop waiting for your moment and start building toward it, this is where that work begins.Key Responsibilities: Team Development & Support - Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand company values, site procedures, and role expectations. - Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to help them improve and succeed. - Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair team workload. - Promote a positive team culture by recognizing achievements, encouraging collaboration, and addressing conflicts promptly. - Help identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and engagement. Customer Experience - Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued at every visit. - Answer customer questions about services, membership options, and promotions clearly and courteously. - Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary. - Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance customer engagement and retention. - Monitor the site for opportunities to improve customer experience, providing feedback or suggestions to the Site Leader. Operational Excellence - Check equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the Site Leader. - Support site safety by following protocols and helping team members maintain safe work practices. - Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance to uphold quality standard. - Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to the Site Leader for restocking. - Help identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to keep daily operations running smoothly. Sales Support - Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to customers during their visit. - Assist in upselling additional services or products to help achieve site sales goals. - Support the implementation of site promotions and marketing initiatives. - Track sales activity and provide feedback to the Site Leader on opportunities to increase revenue. Problem-Solving and Decision Making - Respond to customer concerns and questions, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary. - Identify operational issues as they arise and suggest practical solutions to maintain smooth site operations. - Make quick, informed decisions to keep daily operations on track and minimize disruptions. - Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve overall site performance. #LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who manages tasks.
