Whistle Express is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. You’ll lead people, own outcomes, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards across daily operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions to keep the site running smoothly and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Team Development & Support: Onboard and guide team members to align with company values and site SOPs.
• Customer Experience: Welcome guests, answer questions about services/memberships, resolve issues, promote memberships.
• Operational Excellence: Daily equipment checks, maintain safety standards, assist with cleaning.
• Sales Support: Promote memberships, upsell services, track sales and provide feedback to leadership.
• Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Identify issues, propose practical solutions, make informed decisions to maintain operations.

If you are ready to stop waiting for your moment and start building toward it, this is where that work begins.Key Responsibilities:Team Development & SupportAssist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand company values, site procedures, and role expectations.Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to help them improve and succeed.Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair team workload.Promote a positive team culture by recognizing achievements, encouraging collaboration, and addressing conflicts promptly.Help identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and engagement.Customer ExperienceGreet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued at every visit.Answer customer questions about services, membership options, and promotions clearly and courteously.Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary.Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance customer engagement and retention.Monitor the site for opportunities to improve customer experience, providing feedback or suggestions to the Site Leader.Operational ExcellenceCheck equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the Site Leader.Support site safety by following protocols and helping team members maintain safe work practices.Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance to uphold quality standard.Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to the Site Leader for restocking.Help identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to keep daily operations running smoothly.Sales SupportPromote unlimited wash memberships and other services to customers during their visit.Assist in upselling additional services or products to help achieve site sales goals.Support the implementation of site promotions and marketing initiatives.Track sales activity and provide feedback to the Site Leader on opportunities to increase revenue.Problem-Solving and Decision MakingRespond to customer concerns and questions, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary.Identify operational issues as they arise and suggest practical solutions to maintain smooth site operations.Make quick, informed decisions to keep daily operations on track and minimize disruptions.Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve overall site performance.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe are not looking for someone who manages tasks.We are looking for someone who develops people and owns outcomes.You have led people before, and you know what it takes to hold a team to a standard.You take ownership of outcomes, not just effort.
