Job summary

Bluewave Express Wash in Groves, TX is seeking a hands-on Site Leader to oversee daily car wash operations, coach a growing team, and uphold Bluewave brand standards.

You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage safety, and drive local volume while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior leadership plus comfort with basic IT and outdoor work are required; we’ll teach car washing if needed.
