Job summary

FASTSIGNS #430701 in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a self-motivated Assistant Sign Shop Manager with experience in a sign shop to help manage production, coordinate installs, and meet with customers both at the shop and on customer sites.

You will develop partnerships with third-party installers, prepare estimates and work orders, and create sales decks using PowerPoint and Excel. You will participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sign business is preferred.
• Experience managing small teams.
• Outgoing and eager to learn with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and work under pressure to deliver high-volume output.

Responsibilities

• Help manage daily production, design and installation schedules.
• Develop partnerships with third-party installers to expand capabilities.
• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales decks using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, in-person and on-site at their business location.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
