Job Summary

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of our retail store. Working closely with the Shop Manager, you'll help achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily store functions. This leadership role involves managing team performance and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in leading the retail team to foster a sales- and customer-focused environment.
• Achieve and set daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
• Implement company policies, communicate directives, and delegate tasks.
• Address customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train and develop team members on policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor expenses, handle cash procedures, and manage payroll records.
• Collaborate on scheduling and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven success in coaching, motivating, and developing employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and merchandising skills.
• Ability to enforce company policies and adapt to change.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and walking during shifts.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Internal applicants must be in good standing.
