Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees to follow the Take 5 method.
• Take care of oil changes and light maintenance as needed.
• Restock and maintain inventory and keep shop and facilities clean.
