Your Key Responsibilities

1. Production Leadership – Oversee daily sewing operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
2. Quality Control – Inspect work-in-progress and completed products, addressing any quality issues to ensure every item meets our performance standards.
3. Team Development – Train, coach, and guide team members in sewing techniques and best practices, creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
