Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and guests
• Manage the service department effectively
• Contribute to training and development of team members
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests
• Use provided tools to make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive service department experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
