This position involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Hourly rate: $28.00 - $30.00, with additional compensation factors influencing pay. The role may be eligible for quarterly, monthly, or annual bonuses depending on position type.
